Our Services

  • Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Like any other muscle in the body the pelvic floor needs to have strength, endurance, power/speed, and coordination with surrounding muscle groups. Pelvic floor physiotherapists are trained to assess this area, diagnose the dysfunction, and provide treatment options.

  • Breast Health

Women’s health extends past the pelvis with our physiotherapist certified to assess and manage lactation conditions of the breast and the infant.

  • Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Orthopaedic physiotherapy can be life-changing. Our physiotherapist can get you back on track with your daily activities after surgery, an injury, car accident, or illness. With one-on-one treatments and hands on therapy you always get the most out of each appointment.

  • Massage Therapy

Through different pressures and patterns, massage therapy manipulates the soft tissue in the body to achieve a therapeutic response. The benefits of massage therapy are reduction in pain and stiffness, improvement of blood circulation, and an overall calming sensation.
